PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping time:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • International: 7–10 business days

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders require approximately 1–2 months of production. Shipping may be extended by up to 3 additional weeks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 calendar days to return an item or exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you receive it.

  • Only items purchased directly from Ophelia are eligible for return.

  • Returned products must be in their original, unused condition without any alterations.

  • Please ensure that all original packaging and promotional items are included in the return.

  • Returns are at the customer's expense.

In case of a return, the following costs will be deducted from the total refund:

  • Initial shipping fee, which varies based on destination and is non-refundable

  • Payment processing fees: 1.9% of the total amount + €0.25 per transaction

  • Return shipping fee, if we provide the return label — this amount is equal to the original shipping cost paid at checkout

We know these costs can seem high, and we truly wish we didn’t have to apply them — but as an independent brand, it’s the only way we can continue offering high-quality products while managing returns fairly and sustainably.

As an alternative, we offer store credit equal to these return-related costs, usable at any time with no expiration.

  • Size and fit information is available on our website and Instagram. For any doubt, feel free to contact us directly on Instagram before placing an order.

  • Due to the limited nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee exchanges in different sizes or colors.

LEGAL INFORMATION
For customers in the European Union, we apply EU and Italian law (D.Lgs. 4 November 2021, No. 170) regarding returns and the right of withdrawal.
In all other countries, sales are final.
