At Ophelia Wear, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable shipping experience. We offer two variants for shipping, depending on whether your order is in pre-order or pre-made.

Variant 1: Pre-Order Shipping

If you've placed an order for a product that is currently in pre-order status, please note that these items are handmade with care to ensure the highest quality. Due to the intricate craftsmanship involved, pre-order items will generally take approximately 10 to 12 weeks from the date of your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to create and prepare your unique product.

Please be aware that we do not ship pre-order items on holidays or weekends. Our shipping process begins once the product is ready, and we will promptly send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Variant 2: Pre-Made Shipping

For products that are labeled as pre-made and are in stock, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders for pre-made items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not ship on holidays or weekends, so this timeframe may be slightly extended if your order is placed during these times.

Once your pre-made order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Holiday and Weekend Shipping

Please keep in mind that our shipping operations do not run on holidays or weekends. If you place an order on, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.

International Shipping

For our international customers, shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please be aware that international shipping may take longer due to customs clearance processes.

 

In the event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason beyond our control, please note that we may require additional shipping fees to reship your order. It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout to avoid any potential issues.
